Open Access Policy
Journal of Sociological Context provides open access for a continuous and free use of its content in order to produce beneficial results for humanity by increasing the global exchange of information. Therefore, all the articles published by the journal is available at https://sosyolojikbaglam.org/archive/

In this context, Journal of Sociological Context accepts, within the open Access definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative and on condition that proper citation of references are provided in accordance with scientific ethics and rules, that the peer-reviewed and published scientific literature can be accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, scanned, linked to the full texts, indexed, transmitted as data to software, and used for any legal purposes via internet without any financial, legal and technical obstacles.

The journal offers all usage rights (linking online, copying, printing, reproducing in any physical medium, distributing, etc.), except for commercial use and content change (unless otherwise stated in the relevant content), through Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND) license, provided that the source is cited in known standards.

Moreover, all authors whose articles are published in the journal are deemed to have accepted open source access and the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Licence.

Journal of Sociological Context gives authors the only restriction authority on the reproduction and distribution of published articles and the only copyright role in this regard.
Licensing History
Since 15th April 2022, we have been using the Creative Commons  Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND). Effective from Vol.3 N.1 onward.
